ProMentor was founded in 2003 by Brent Combrink to provide advanced mentoring and support for IT professionals in business leadership, project management and management consulting.

But, shortly after founding, the high demand for executive coaching presented an opportunity for ProMentor us to quickly grow or portfolio of services. Coaching and mentoring are ProMentor's mainstay services provided to executives, entrepreneurs, professionals and teams in small to medium-sized organisations.

In 2005, we started partnering with key associates in delivering specialised services for our clients. This added to the range of services we can offer as niche experts in areas of business coaching, team development (not team building!), psychometric assessments, business planning and strategic management consulting.
