He thrives on the creativity found in an authentic, BS-free interpersonal space. Brent founded ProMentor in 2003 and chairs COMENSA's Western Cape Chapter. He is an Advanced Toastmaster with the Ernst & Young Toastmasters Club and is a member of Project Management South Africa. Brent’s BCom degree and other diplomas are insignificant against a successful track record with hundreds of business owners, leaders, coaches and teams. Brent is in a loving relationship and has 2 much-loved children. |

Marion is genuinely interested in people’s ability to grow and develop inwardly and outwardly. Her 17 years working experience provided her with many growth opportunities. A theme emerged, one of changes and transitions. These ranged from promotions, retrenchments, acquisitions, working in national and international companies, to starting her own company Growth in Motion in 2005. The most recent change has been the birth of her son.
As a business and life coach, her focus is on the growth, maneuvering and managing of oneself through change. She has recently added antenatal and postnatal coaching to her service offering.

Corné has a Diploma in Practitioner Coaching through The Coaching Centre and is qualified as an Education & Training Development Practitioner (with distinction), Skills Assessor and Moderator and is a certified Situational Leadership Facilitator with Blanchard Organization . With more than a decade in training and development, Corné is masterful in developing custom training programs.
Her entrepreneurial spirit found expression in the successful establishment of a beekeeping business, which was awarded in the 2002 Liberty Business Start-up Awards.
Corné is passionate about the development of adolescents and in her spare time you'll find her facilitating talent and mind map groups in schools.

Rochelle has developed communication and branding solutions for clients such as Levi Strauss SA, Distell, MOL (SA), Cape Chamber of Commerce, Foschini Group, City of Cape Town and Habitat for Humanity.
Rochelle resolutely supports establishing a greener footprint within both the corporate and social sectors. In her spare time, you might find Rochelle scuba diving, walking in the mountains with her huskies, playing piano or helping out with one of many Social Impact Ministries.

He loves this calling as part of the greater privilege of raising consciousness. He founded Aspiral in 2003 after 7 years in media, 3 years of ‘losing himself’ and 3 years of ‘finding himself’. He coaches on executive programmes at UCT’s GSB through the Centre for Coaching and lectures and supervises at SACAP . Roland is a registered psychometrist (HPCSA) with qualifications in Industrial Psychology (Hons) (UNISA), a diploma in Media Management (AAA) and Integral Coach training (CTE & ACC) at the Centre for Coaching (UCT’s GSB). He is currently enrolled there on the PCC. Roland is single and lives in Oranjezicht with his meditation mat, laptop and 2 potted plants (ages 3 & 1).

After fourteen years in the corporate medical environment at senior management level, she has recently founded TKA (Thought, Knowledge, Action Consulting) where she provides coaching, mentoring, training and recruitment.
