How does it work?Mentoring interventions involve regular face-to-face meetings, team mentoring, group mentoring , telephone sessions, live-action mentoring and direct observation. If needed, ProMentor's coaches and mentors are available via email and telephone between scheduled meetings. Coaching and mentoring are neither therapy nor counselling. In mentoring, you get skills and competencies just when they are most useful to you and in a way that suits your learning style.
